…whenever works best for your family… and probably when it’s not 105 outside! Now before you scroll away, I’ve got three reasons the Fall might be a great option for you. Here in North Texas, September, October, and early November are usually ideal.

Number one… The fall weather is usually cooler. After the heat of summer fades away, we see more comfortable temperatures in the DFW area. This means that you can wear a maxi dress without feeling like you’re in a sauna and kiddos can wear those *adorable* sweaters without complaining of how hot it is. It’s no longer unbearably hot, but we’re also not freezing our noses off!

Second…

If you’re like me and can’t decide if you love soft green grass or golden fall tones more, Fall in North Texas typically has both! And the added benefit? Most of the bugs have gone far, far, away and you won’t have to see me run away screaming like a child when one chases me.

Finally…

Are you the kind of person who love to send Christmas or holiday cards and just… forget to schedule photos? Getting photos done in the Fall means you have updated photos to send to loved ones!
